1. No Returns on Opened Products
Due to the personal nature and hygiene standards associated with perfumes, we do not
accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened, used, tested, or
tampered with.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, leaked, or incorrect product, please notify us
within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at info@thehouseofkaleido.com along with:
• Order Number
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging
• Description of the issue
Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may only be issued in the following circumstances:

• Incorrect item was delivered.
• Order was canceled before dispatch.
• Product is lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping partner.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

7. Order Cancellation
