We currently ship across India. Delivery availability may vary depending on your
location and courier service coverage.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:
• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
• Other Cities and Towns: 4–8 business days
• Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
Please note that these are estimated timelines and may vary due to unforeseen
circumstances.

• The Kaleido may offer free shipping on selected orders, promotions, or minimum
purchase values from time to time.

shipment.
6. Delayed Deliveries

The Kaleido will not be responsible for delivery failures, delays, or additional charges
arising from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address information provided by the
customer.
8. Lost, Damaged, or Tampered Packages
If your package arrives damaged, leaked, tampered with, or if an item is missing, please
contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the package and product.
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
9. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address details, or
refusal to accept the package, the courier partner may attempt redelivery or return the
shipment to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
